Bob Waltz

Robert David Waltz (Bob) was born on June 19, 1946, in Fargo, North Dakota. He passed away in Lacey, Washington, on December 28, 2020, at the age of 74.

Bob lived his life in North Dakota, Montana, and Washington (Pasco, Yakima, Olympia). He loved classic cars and spent his time attending car shows and races around Washington. 

Bob was a Navy veteran who was exposed to agent orange; subsequently he developed diabetes. From there he had a two heart attacks, severe kidney disease, and neuropathy. He lost a leg and the sight in one eye. He struggled with his health for many years, during which time he was cared for by his wife, Sherry.

Bob is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sherry (Lacey, WA), sons; Chad Waltz (Charlene, Mesa, AZ), Brian Waltz (Hayley, Lake Forest Park, WA), daughter, Wendy Waltz (Seattle, WA), two grandchildren; Jackie, Dominick, step-grandaughter, Sedona, great-grandaughter, Payson. The burial took place at Mills and Mills Memorial park in Tumwater, Washington, on Friday, January 8, 2021.
